Weigh day

Dum Da Dum Dum....it's weigh day. The weekend didn't go well, have I still lost weight? Stay tuned!

update: 267.8. That's a gain of .5 pounds from my last weigh. Since it's such a small difference, I'm thinking that it's pretty much a neutral week. I've eaten mostly well since Monday and the half pound could be water retention. Excuses, excuses. I'll weigh myself again tomorrow and if there is a change.

update again: Right after I finished posting, I was stuck with the sudden urge to...evacuate. Lost another couple ounces (yay for pooping!). This further convinces me that I haven't truly gained, and I'm just retaining water.
